The Concert Hat is a clothing item that is part of the Concert Outfit collection. The player unlocks the Concert Hat while completing the "Fire Up the Volcano" quest. After completing the quest, the Concert Hat may be purchased in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Concert Hat can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using Dye Pouches 
.
