Care Packages is a quest unlocked at level 12 with Wish me mell. In this quest, you will need to take photos for Wish me mell’s friends from school, as well as give her 10 paper. At the end, you will then have the gifts delivered by Cinamorroll, who will then give you a Giant Seed.
