The Concert Outfit is a clothing item that is part of the Concert Outfit collection. The player unlocks the Concert Outfit while completing the "Fire Up the Volcano" quest. After completing the quest, the Concert Outfit may be purchased in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Concert Outfit can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using Dye Pouches 
.
