The Haunted Mansion is located in Spooky Swamp and is ran by 
Kuromi. The Haunted Mansion is filled with single-player and multiplayer puzzle rooms for the player to complete for certain quests.
Haunted Mansion Puzzle Rooms
The player will be prompted to solve the Haunted Mansion puzzle rooms while completing the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest. The player must be friendship level 4 with Kuromi and have completed the "Power Up the Gate" quest in order to unlock the quest. There are a total of 11 puzzle rooms.

Basement Library (Multiplayer Puzzle Rooms)
TOPHAT and 
Big Challenges have expanded the Haunted Mansion! The Basement Library is unlocked when the player is completing the "Spooky Secrets" quest series which has a total of four quests.
To unlock the quest, and is unlocked when the player is actively hosting a 
Multiplayer session with a friend who is level 2+, had already completed "A Challenging Rescue" and "Friends From Afar," and has reached friendship level 5 with TOPHAT.

Nul Room
The Nul Room in the Basement Library has a 
Treasure Chest with the 
Forest Witch Dress.

On the first floor of the Haunted Mansion is a Treasure Chest with the 
Witch Dress.
