Heavy Metal Hoedown
"Heavy Metal Hoedown" is an 'Friendship Quest' quest that is unlocked when the player reaches friendship level 10 with 
Pekkle. The player must have already completed the "Enraging Ruins" and "Fire Up the Volcano" quests.

"Open the way to Gemstone Town for all your friends!"
Quest Information
The player will meet Pekkle just outside one of the Crystal Caves entrances, behind the Dance Hall. He will explain that the explosion from 
Mount Hothead has scattered three boulders around 
Gemstone Mountain. He will ask the player to recruit some help from 
Retsuko. The player must then speak to Retsuko and then bring her back to Pekkle. After returning to Pekkle, Retsuko will sing her heavy-metal tunes and break the first boulder. After the boulder is broken, the player must then follow Pekkle and Retsuko to the second boulder.
The second boulder is by the Dessert Boat in the Oasis. When the player speaks to Pekkle again, Retsuko will try to break the boulder; however, it will not break. Pekkle says that he can help accompany Retsuko with his Heavy Metal Dance! Pekkle and Retsuko will perform together, causing the second boulder to break.
The player must then follow both of them to the final boulder, which is blocking the entrance to the Dance Hall. Retsuko will start to sing, but will fail to break the boulder. She'll purpose that Pekkle does his Heavy Metal Dance again and ask the player to help too! The player, Pekkle, and Retsuko will perform again and the final boulder will break.
