5-star friendship level on your island, she will assign Daily Quests, one per visit to your island. Her daily gift for talking to her is 
Art Supplies.

Seaside Resort to be near 
My Melody (includes Cozy Islands) - Must have three pieces of
Cottage furniture. - Must have three
creative items. - Must have three
bakery items.
