"Purple Rain" is an 'The Island Mystery' quest that saves 
TOPHAT from the 
Cloud Router malfunction during the "Mystery Tree" quest series. The quest is unlocked the day after the player has completed "The Mystery Tree" quest series.
Quest Description
"Ask 
Lala fix the Cloud Router and bring back TOPHAT."
Quest Information
The player must speak to Lala near the Cloud Router on 
Cloud Island. 
Big Challenges will express how distressed he is about his best friend, TOPHAT's disappearance following the activation of the Cloud Router. 
Kiki will then fix the Cloud Router with his magic and TOPHAT will appear. He'll express how disorientated he is from the experience and Big Challenges will tell him that he should rest.
