When it rains on Friendship Island, 
Rainfall Flowers will appear around the region in which it's raining in. When watered using the Watering Can 
Rainfall Flowers will produce 
Raindrops. In order to make it rain on Friendship Island, the player needs to complete the "__insert quest___" quest. Rainfall Flowers are a different type of 
plant.
Rainfall Flowers will only appear in the following regions: 
Seaside Resort, 
Merry Meadows, and 
Spooky Swamp.
