"Wild Mountain Time" is an 
"Around The Island" quest that is unlocked when the player currently has 
Poco as a 
5-star resident, which requires having already met 
Wish me mell.
Quest Description
"Discover places to plant flowers around Gemstone Mountain."
Quest Information
The player meets with Wish me mell, who
Wish me mell then asks the player to plant a wild 
Seed. When planted in 
Gemstone Mountain, Seeds grow into a new type of flower, the 
Thistle.
Thistles can only grow in Gemstone Mountain. However, most other flowers can be planted there.
