Magic Bubble Wand (Quest)
"Magic Bubble Wand" is a "The Right Tools" quest that unlocks the ability to use the 
Bubble Wand, which is a tool that allows the player to catch the underwater critters of 
Rainbow Reef. (It cannot catch fish.) It is also necessary for completing certain quests.
The "Magic Bubble Wand" quest is unlocked after completing the following quests:
- "Reef Revival" quest
- "Comic Relief" quest
- "Enraging Ruins" quest
- "Deep Diving" quest
- "Finding Flippers" quest
- "Open the Nature Preserve" quest
- "Bring Back the Swing" quest
- "Espresso Machine Repair" quest

"Figure out how to make the Bubble Wand!"
Quest Information
After speaking to 
Hangyodon in the Comedy Club, the player follows him to the first sign, which is near the 
Recycling Plant. After talking to Hangyodon there, the player will be shown an image of the first chest. This chest is located near the Sunken Ship 
fast-travel point. The player must go to the area and find the chest. Inside the first chest will be one of the pieces for the Bubble Wand Crafting Plan.

Once the player retrieves the first part of the Bubble Wand Plan, they must go back to Hangyodon and talk to him. Then, the player must travel to the Hot Springs of 
Mount Hothead to talk to 
Retsuko at the next sign. The sign will show the image of the second chest. It is located nearby, on the ledge above the waterfalls that flow into the Hot Springs. Inside the second chest will be another one of the pieces for the Bubble Wand Plan.

After the player opens the chest and talks to Retsuko again, she will tell them that the last sign is located in the Crystal Caves of 
Gemstone Mountain. 
Pekkle and the Bubble Wand marker on the map will show the player where to go. To most easily reach Pekkle, the player should go to the Crystal Caves mine entrance nearest to the Icy Peak Entrance fast-travel point. Once inside, Pekkle will walk the player to the sign, which is in the same room, just slightly up the path. When you talk to Pekkle there, he will show you the image of the final chest. The last chest is located deeper in the Crystal Caves.
In order to get to the chest from the Crystal Caves sign, the player should:
- Walk up the path past the sign post to the light blue entrance.
- In the blue cave room, jump across some platforms to reach the pink door.
- In the pink cave room, jump to the next platform. The chest is there.

Opening the Crystal Caves chest will grant the last piece of the Bubble Wand Plans. The player should then go to 
Chococat's crafting table, near the Resort Gate in 
Seaside Resort, and talk to him. He will combine the pieces into the complete Bubble Wand Plans to allow the player to craft the Bubble Wand. To craft it, the player will need 20 
Starfish, 5 
Box Clams, and 3 
Mechanisms.
After crafting the Bubble Wand, the player should return to the Comedy Club and catch one 
Sapphire Seapony to finish the quest. The Sapphire Seapony is commonly found swimming around the outside of the building.
