Kuromi to begin the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest.
Outfit Locations
The Witch Outfit Set is located in 
Spooky Swamp in two separate locations.
Witch Hat
The Witch Hat can be found within a 
Treasure Chest in Treasure Trove — a puzzle room in Spooky Swamp.
Witch Dress
The Witch Dress can be found within a Treasure Chest on the first floor of the Haunted Mansion.
